Farm Girl grows fruits and vegetables locally. When you buy local you support Islanders and get the freshest produce. Why buy from a store after being trucked to warehouses and then to each individual store location when you can buy from the garden or orchard straight to you.
The prices will always be better as well because most farmers get less money for their hard work and then the grocery store increase the price sometimes doubling the price to you?
